  1. That is really not correct, the majority of jews are not related to the original jews of that time. Plus that was thousands of years ago. True however that there is no real Palestinian people..

  2. The majority of Jews may not be related, but many are. And in any case, that doesn’t affect their right to a Jewish state and to protect that state against Arabs.

  3. The problem is not Jews per se its Zionism. The illegal Jewish settlements are locking Palestinians (some of whom I identify with as fellow Christians getting shot from both sides) from legally owned land they have owned for many generations. That the PLO and their ilk are ratbags doesn’t excuse the Zionists for their equally bad behaviour.

    I have no idea what the answer is though. I sometimes think both like the scrapping – it keeps the citizens engaged in a sideshow.

    • Does that count the illegal settlements in North America? You know the ones. They have names like:

      New York
      Boston
      Charleston
      Atlanta
      Washington DC
      Detroit
      Baltimore
      Los Angles
      San Francisco
      Chicago

      To name a few. There are NO illegal settlements. Not according to International law or treaty. Can you cite the law? It has to be their land first. And holding a key is NOT a cited source for home ownership. I still have the keys from places I rented years ago. Do I own them?

  4. The whole thing is hopelessly complicated. But the bottom line is that the Jews are entitled to be there and claims of a “Palestinian state” are very dubious. And to support the creation of a state based on the oft-vowed intention to wipe out the Jews ought to be unthinkable.

      I visited Israel in early 1977 on a ten day tour – and my main impression was how small a country it was – I’m pretty sure the county in Florida I lived in then was larger than the entire country!

      Therefore, looking at things from a purely security standpoint – Israel should take advantage of the next Israeli-Arab war and return to the line it held after the conclusion of the 1967 war and remove most Arabs from the country.

    Very few things piss me off more than left-wingers, but one thing that does is the *Fakestinians*. They do **NOT** want “peace” (and neither do the Islamic countries want peace there). Israel (to them) is nothing more than a very handy distraction.
    The Islamic thugs point at Israel to distract their own ignorant people from the problems in their own countries.

  6. Lefties often try to weasel around saying the Palis are nasty but so are the Jews. In reality only look at one thing, the Jews want peace and have no interest in wiping anyone out. The Palestinians on the other hand raise their children to hate and want to wipe Israel out.

    Two other things people ought to ask themselves, as a westerner where would you rather break down, Israel or Palestine?

    Last thing to consider, how stupidly childish are Israel’s worst enemies, they refuse to show Israel on their official maps but want to wipe out that which they refuse to admit is there.
