Are Europeans waking up?

Although I’d argue that communism hasn’t “collapsed” at all, merely mutated into a less visible and more dangerous form.

    The irony of all of this is that the lefties hate right wingers, yet all they had to do to keep them out of power was stop carrying on like a bunch of stupid tweeners and grow up. So now they’ll get that which they fought against for so long.

    Oh well, they can suck it.

    I’ve given up on Europe. They are a lost cause and this time the US should not come to their rescue in the future. We have lost too many men “freeing” Europe from its follies. This time let them stew in it.

      I see it a little differently, Findalis.
      What I see is Europe reverting to nation-states via bloody insurrections and something approaching the Balkans conflict. And out of that may come something far better than the EUSSR.
      I doubt that the U.S. is going to be in good enough shape to come to anybody’s rescue for the foreseeable future. Not because of a lack of resources, but because of a lack of political will and an apathetic, conditioned populace.

        I think you’re right, KG.
        In fact, if they have any sense at all (which is doubtful but anyway) they will see that *in the long run*, this will be *GOOD* for them.
        “Short-term pain for long-term gain.”
        Get rid of Islam AND the *left-wing*, once and for all! Get rid of the treasonous governments.

        Completely rebuild the education system from the ground up – get rid of lefties from the teachers colleges, schools and universities. Rebuild the MSM too.
        Scrap “human rights” laws that are just a shelter for pro-leftie pro-socialist nonsense.
        Scrap “hate speech” laws too – they are even WORSE. Bring in US-style constitutional freedom of speech laws.
        That list should be a good start….. :)

    I believe he would have broadened that to – ‘..and everywhere’…
    Fighting the Barbary Pirates (muslims) (which were demanding 20% of US GDP) was our first off shore conflict-Jefferson finally had had enough and Madison finished the job–“Shores of Tripoli”
    then – back home-the Marines came!
    I am not giving up on US-but it is hard not to–

      Hi Carol –

      You are actually quite well-placed in the US compared to some other countries.
      For one thing, you have a *sh*tload* of firearms in the country.
      For another, you have *great* groups like Act for America that are doing awesome work in the fightback.

      I’d much rather be in the US than in a place like Sweden (where they all have their heads in the sand and the treasonous government there is going 1000% faster in its pro-Islam rate).
      They also have next to *no* groups like Act for America (I think the Swedish Defence League has about 10 members but I may be wrong….. ).

      Yes, the “Duck Dynasty” thing has acted as a lightning-rod for a **whole lot** of other issues, I think (and that’s *great* to see!).
