maoris say what whitey dare not:

‘…Iwi leaders are too focused on “hustling resources out of the Government” and not doing enough to address the violence among young Maori men, Labour MP Shane Jones says.
Jones has hit out ahead of the Waitangi Day celebrations on Thursday and following a number of high-profile attacks on foreign visitors which he said was putting New Zealand’s reputation as a safe international destination at risk.
….Ngapuhi chief executive George Riley said they had long ago acknowledged they had a problem, with Ngapuhi men disproportionately represented in violence statistics, but were working to address the issue…’ (bold mine)
I’ve lost track of how many times I’ve been called “racist” for pointing out the bolded fact…It seems telling the truth is a privilege based on one’s melanin content in NZ.

The issue here is not so much the ability to speak the truth on matters which reflect poorly on maori, it is getting the msm to report/broadcast it. I applaud Jones for saying what he has and remain non-plussed that it was reported.

I think the issue IS the ability to speak the truth, Cad. If enough people have the courage to speak up, to make a stand on this sort of thing and defy the “racist” slur then the media would have no choice but to cover it.

    • Cadwallader says:

      Not the NZ msm.

      • KG says:

You have a point there…sometimes I forget just how bad they are.

        • Wombat says:

This is the reason that they’re steadily killing off the comments sections on their news pages.

I spied an ABC article the other day bemoaning Abbott’s prods of the ABC. The article was a couple of days old but had already attracted over 400 comments, and of the first page almost all of them were anti-ABC. Unsurprisingly comments for the article had been closed.

These bastards can sniff the wind. I reckon Abbott will prod them right up until the election. Then, he’ll pledge to sell the bastard organisation as a pre-election promise. If they protest then they’ll be seen as attempting to affect an election for personal gain. If they go limp then Abbott will have the worst of the progressive monkeys off his back for a clear run at 3 more years.

Just my guess, but the tactics are sound. He’s a tricky bastard. If Howard hadn’t taken our guns then I’d be in Tony’s corner 100%.

The more noise the better. But they’ll never do what works; lock up the “cuzzy bro” for a long long time so no babies of scumbags.
Never happen. Watch it get worse from afar. No point wasting energy or emotion or money on human garbage with leaders who wish to exacerbate their myriad problems.

  4. KG says:

The problem could be easily fixed–introduce jail time with hard labour. The one thing they’re terrified of.
As it is, jail for these people is merely maori Club Med.

  5. KG says:

    sigh…..
‘An elderly Naenae man has been brutally beaten in his home by four men leaving him with a fractured collar bone and stitches to the head.
…The offenders have been described as Pacific Island males wearing dark clothing…’

    • Oswald Bastable says:

The description of the offenders is hardly needed- unless it were OTHER than PI/Maori…

It is a sad world, where anything can really only change when the wrong people are forced to do the right thing. At least they’ve started speaking out, better than nothing i suppose.

Often people who don’t live in Australia ask me about the “racism” they’ve heard about Australia, they find it strange when i tell them to be ware of the more multicultural parts of Australia.

We can all sit around proclaiming loudly that all races are wonderfully wonderful and all that, but when the chips are down, we all know that we’d rather get lost and have to ask for directions in a suburbs near the beach where it’s mostly whites or where it’s mostly italians and asians.

F*** no, we don’t want to get lost in middle eastern town with mosques and burqas, if it’s churches then it’s all good, they’re the nicest people you’ll come across, sorry if it hurts feelings but that’s the reality on the ground.
