‘..The husband’s emergency call:

And the charge was reduced from murder to manslaughter….

If he’d done this in Tehran it would be down to the soccer stadium for lashings then hanging off a crane while the crowd goes wild!
The regime does have its good points, then?
The solution is simple, but unfortunately the locals lack the nuts to man up.
If the guy was found hanging from a streetlight then the courts might suddenly consider that prosecution and sentencing “in line with community standards” was vital to their continued relevance.
Caddie – that is of course for the wife, not the husband.
After all, if she had not been there he’d not have done it.
Yes, you’re probably right. Those damn muslim women really are irresponsible vamps!
But if he could prove she “dishonored” him he would be given an reward.
I think the husband was technically correct. There was “a problem” with his wife. To wit: a large butcher knife sticking out of her chest. Please give this man his due.
We didn’t have this problem only a few years back, then we went and voted in a labour government that imported tens of thousands of these cretins. Oh how we are going to pay for our stupidity for so many years.
We sure are. Our lords and masters won’t, of course.
