Do you see how lazy the ACLU has become? It used to be only they who brought such cases.
In the mid 1990s, in taking an entirely different attack on our customs, they judge shopped in New Jersey until that tried many times to get “racial profiling” case before a judge who they deemed friendly to their agenda. Once they did, they dropped the uncertain cases and pursued their goal in his court. He ruled that State troopers were guilty of “racial profiling.” And the consequences from that continue to reverberate.
A few years later, “racial profiling” bans were accessories before the fact of the 911 hijackers gaining access to passenger jets without any special scrutiny.
And now you have CAIR related groups doing what the ACLU once did. Suing in court that Christian customs are inimical to Islamic ones (as if Islam were solely a religion and not a disguise for another totalitarian form of tyranny.) ACLU can now spend its time and money destroying the USA through other means.
Genital mutilation, stoning of rape victims, hanging of homosexuals, murdering innocent people by flying planes into buildings are also violating the constitution. Mind you most people from all different cultures who have never heard of the US Constitution would instinctively find such things simply wrong on every level.
Well they ain’t getting an apology from one newscaster who ran a segment on ‘Muslim Diaries’ a documentary on abuse of women in Islamic culture (if you can call it culture)
