  1. Personally i think most people are over all this crap. We’ve been told over and over that the world is coming to an end, the sky is falling in and all you bastards are going to die! And yet we’re all still here and that beach front house is still out of reach.

    And the more shrill and grating the screaming from the left gets the worse it is for them.

  2. This is precisely what I was referring to in a previous post about the IPCC summary for policymakers saying the opposite of what the report itself reported.

  3. It’s as if these people see CO2 as a poison rather than as plant food. Actually, go back further and you will see yields beginning their increase not long after the start of the industrial revolution. It is what has allowed our world to feed with regularity an ever expanding population once subject to periodic rounds of famine.

    Matthew: It’s not enough to be “all over it.” There needs to be a reckoning for these people who have done such tremendous damage. Its not just that some should be jailed for fraud. Its not just that most need to be driven from the science community. I will not be satisfied until, at a minimum, Mann, Trenberth, Gore, Gavin and Hansen are cooked atop solar panels, then fed to polar bears.

  7. I discussed Antarctic ice conditions recently. I can’t say who with but the information was that while the Ross Sea polynia was free of ice it was because of the catabalistic winds which drive the ice offshore. To the North and in areas not affected by the wind, the ice was some of the worst ever, preventing ships from getting through without great effort and difficulty. Records show the Antarctic sea ice extent this past spring/summer was the greatest ever (since records have been kept).

    It is interesting that there has been so little mention of the ice problems in the MSM….or maybe not.
