Past time for these petit Nazis to meet with six feet of hemp rope. They’ve gone from serving the people to tyrrannizing them – and they regard that as a normal state of affairs. Half a dozen swinging from lamp posts will clarify the issue for the rest of them.

    Saw this item. The size of the ‘edifice’ is hardly more than a milk crate on sawhorses. I hope the Council sicks the cops on this poor kid. The resulting publicity (guess how many news outlets and private videos will be there) will doom these bastards to political Siberia.

    Councils always veto good ideas and common sense, as to governments. Bring back Little House on The Prairie days, when govt was small and tradition reigned, along with common sense and valiant men!! We are in the progs. nets…

      I was reading a while ago how farm labourers in Victorian England had informal book exchanges, where they’d leave books in certain places such as holes in stone walls or in a church. An honour system meant that they’d borrow a book and leave the one they’d finished for the next reader. (and an amazing number of those books were classical Greek poetry and stories and so forth).
      These days, some little creep would find a way to make that illegal. In lots of ways we’re becoming more comfortable, but less civilized.
