A distant rumble…

‘When the American people have been pushed to the end of our good nature, it is best to clear the field.  We’ve been here before throughout our history.  Once we set our mind to changing a set of circumstances, and we commit resources to it, circumstances change.
Most Americans have an irreverent streak in them that measures about a mile wide.  We respect your differences, live & let live, do your own thing…but please don’t rub it in our faces or try to force us to abide by your rules.  We’ll be patient…until we aren’t patient any longer.
