    …..Some readers – especially those in the 43 US states which experienced record lows earlier this month – might be a little puzzled by these claims.
    But they are forgetting an important detail: the latest UN climate conference has just begun (in Lima, Peru, this time) and on important occasions like this global temperatures always go up in a shocking and unprecedented way….

    • Was it truly a “sneak attack?” Some historians say no, some historians write garbage, what is the reality? :?:

      • My grandad used to call it the “surprise attack that was no real surprise”meaning everyone with a little grey matter knew we were heading to war in both theaters.

        Hindsight is always 20/20 and it does lead to conspiracy theories,just look at 9/11.I don’t think Pearl Harbor was any sort of conspiracy,I do believe FDR’s dealing with the Russians were.

        Either the constitution is restored by actions of GOP statehouses and govenors, or by the House & Senate, or the Tea Party will end up “taking the second”

    • Being married to the US’s second most famous serial rapist might have something to do with it.

      In an ideal world, of course, being in a party that abrogated the constitution would not only see her ineligible, but jailed for a good long while. (The Framers hanged traitors, but never imagined such a traitor would be a woman).

      The best US news out of the US for a long time is the idea of district-winner-takes-all or even better, country-winner-takes-all — all a state’s electoral votes go to the winner of the most districts (or counties). That way, the D’RATS can never win the White House or Senate ever again.
