James Delingpole on free speech:

‘Barely has the year begun and already the battle lines have been drawn with the Enemy plain in view.
Either you’re on the side of Katie Hopkins – in which case you’re one of the good guys who, seventy-five years ago would have been fighting the Nazis, and two and a half thousand years ago would assuredly have been with the Greek city states at Salamis.
Or you’re not, in which case you’re with Xerxes, Genghis Khan, Attila the Hun, and Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot and the rest.
And yes, it really is that simple.

….We want to live in a world where everyone is free to say what they like, regardless of how much offence one or two braindead, culturally indoctrinated, kill-joys choose to take because their half-baked, dumbed-down education has persuaded them that that is the reaction they’re now supposed to have. Once that freedom is lost, it’s game over. So whether you like Katie Hopkins or you hate her be damned grateful for what she’s doing.  While you sleep safely in your bed at night, she’s out there standing in the pass at Thermopylae telling the Persians just how small their willies are…’           link

Excellent. Now if all journalists were like Delingpole and Katie Holmes life would be so much more fun….. watching the left get their collective balls in a knot.

A British friend recently cancelled his Facebook account, but came back almost immediately under an assumed name.

    Now I know why…

The British no longer have freedom of speech.

It’s textbook leftist tactics 101,feign shock and outrage at the very same behavior they practice daily.

    The latest outrage and horror-

When I meet a leftard nowadays (and thankfully, the few people I’ve met since being back in NZ tend to be sensible, not left) I have the overwhelming urge to simply be extremely rude to the bastards.
Arguing with mental midgets and perpetual adolescents is a waste of time.
They’re hypocritical, dishonest, idiotic and vicious. A dose of rat poison would work wonders for all of ’em.

I was wondering who Katie Hopkins is, now i know, good for her, hope she succeeds in that fat project thing.
