Until I can find a plugin for the old smileys and re-install them, these are the codes.

      :mrgreen: Simply type the code next to a smiley and it will appear as that smiley in comments, Mara. A “plugin” is those codes written as a program which can be downloaded and installed in the engine room, so they appear above the comments box. They can then be used as a one-click addition to any comment. There are plugins available for all kinds of routine stuff.

      I’m having a lot of trouble finding a plugin that works, Darin. And I don’t know enough about coding to risk installing them at source.

        I know just enough to know it’s different from how Vbulletin works.Wordpress uses some of the standard HTML code,but the rest is a bit different for whatever reason.

        I changed schedules at work and have a bit more time during the week now.I have been tempted to start a bulletin board blog this summer and see how much trouble it becomeshttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wacko.gif

    For the first time in ten years of blogging across the old CR and this one, I may just have to ask for some help in footing the bill both for renewing the account and for some tech help.
    Never thought I’d have to do it. I’ll rethink it in the morning – being unwell is not conducive to clear thinking.

    I really don’t know quite what to say. “Thank you” seems utterly inadequate, even if it doesn’t come down to donations. The offers themselves just leave me floored.
