   Love the subject, and the story. But why, oh why are Vimeo videos always bloody glitchy and slow?? That thing is unplayable on my broadband connection.

     I think Youtube is optimised to play on mobile devices these days.Maybe not,it works great on my phone which is one of the slower ones.

   A nice story. Modern management would trumpet that no-one is irreplaceable but in this case I’m not so sure.

   He is correct NO one is going to take over, there is no one any more that knows this type of trade that will be able to take over. It is work that no American is being taught any more in school.
   All that machinery will rust away and the cats might live through it.
