If that website is satire, it’s a severe understatement to describe it as poorly written. If the website “authors” are serious, their cognitive thinking is on par with a rock.

Name any element of society – cultured, modern, developed, requiring thought to invent, develop or assemble …
then repeat your “White people ARE ” and insert that societal element immediately before the full stop.
