‘Guilty until proven innocent’:

A growing group of men are calling for changes in the law around sexual assault to protect those who are the victims of false accusations..’

The change Wabbit would most like to see would be for proven cases of false accusations to be treated as a major crime and punished with a jail term the equal of that which would have been served by the falsely accused.
Those who argue that this would prevent real victims of real rapes from coming forward are saying that it’s better for innocent men to have their lives ruined than for that to happen.
This attitude will, in the long run, do far more harm to women. The vast majority of men abhor rape, but just as much they abhor injustice, no matter how “worthy” the cause.

I think Michael needs to spend some time at a re-education camp to exorcise his cis-normative attitudes towards the differently-abled and the LGBTQWERTY community.

With a very few notable exceptions, members of neither community would be sufficiently-retarded to come up with the notion which has so exercised his emotions. Much more likely, the notion came into being as a brain-fart of some obese council employee who lives with her mother, has purple and green hear, wears a bright pink muumuu to work and has never herself experienced the actual act of s..e..x.

Gantt, I am fairly sure my ultra anti liberal mindset, and the geriatric dementia that drives my mouth, will no doubt land me a spot in a re-education gulag… or a mass grave. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_sad.gifhttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_sad.gif

I’m afraid harsher laws probably would do little. It would be as hard to get a conviction for a false rape accusation as for an actual rape. The real problem, of course, is the the male accused is forever labeled as a rapist (regardless of innocence) and the victim is showered with support, just as if she was a real rape victim. Feminism rewards the false accuser, rather than condemns them.
