‘A jury has awarded $240,000 to two Muslim men who say they were fired from an Illinois trucking company after refusing to deliver alcohol.
A judge found Morton-based Star Transport Inc. violated the religious beliefs of Mahad Abass Mohamed and Abdikarim Hassan Bulshale. A trial to determine whether they were entitled to damages ended Oct. 20 with the jury’s judgment.
A 2013 lawsuit filed by U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said the men wouldn’t deliver alcohol because it was against their religious values as practicing Muslims. The lawsuit claimed the company didn’t provide them “with a reasonable accommodation and by terminating them because of their religion.”…’
They were fired because they refused to do the damn job they were hired to do. How about hanging a few of the judges and bureaucrats who make this insanity possible?
Better still: DON’T HIRE MUSLIMS!

    What you said last, every employer has to think it out, if you hire them and it works out, well that’s great, if it doesn’t, the trouble you’ll be in for and the mine field you find yourself in, is it really worth the risk.

      Nope. If you’re a business owner, don’t hire them at all. Even the least-devout will demand dispensations for Friday prayers and allowances around ramadan(a-ding-dong). The least-devout will start by making snarky comments about the cafe serving ham sandwiches, or bacon and eggs on the breakfast menu. The snarky comments will escalate over time, and before you know it there won’t be any ham sandwiches of bacon and eggs allowed in the lunch room, for fearing of causing offense.

      Hire them at your own risk.

        Further, even the least devout subscribe to the requirement to donate a percentage of their income to “moslem charities”, through the local mosque. Most if not all of that money goes into one of two causes: (1) building more mosques, and/or (2) funding the jihad.

        So if you hire them, you’re indirectly funding the jihad.

    The employer should have hired a mozlim lawyer to argue that total avoidance of alcohol is not called for in their sacred book. I still can’t get that immigration graphic posted here recently out of my head. Reports like this one just add to my sense of dread. Eventually something awful is going to happen. Whether it’s a violent backlash against the invasion or a complete domination of Western culture, the result will be the same. The result will be bloodshed on an enormous scale, with the solution being a secular world government led by the UN. We are being led by the hand into global statist collectivism. Ironically, Russia and China may end up saving us from that fate. Oh well, on me second bottle of the evening, nothing less than 5.0%abv allowed here, whoever delivers it.

    They’re only shooting themselves in the foot. If people know their could be issues, because of who they hire, they’ll just want someone normal, rather than take a risk. And when these people don’t get hired they’ll come up with all sorts of excuses. As long as their are numerous people to choose from, they can always just use that.

        Well KG, my brother was renting out a place, and he rented it to a muslim, he inurred big financial losses, and my dad told him earlier what would happen. Unfortunately the only way people will learn is if it affects them negatively. So when the money comes out of people’s own pocket they will try to find a way around the system.

        For instance if you don’t want to hire somebody, you just find any other excuse such as we’ve had many applicants for this job. So by people not being able to tell the truth, the poor applicant keeps on trying but gets nowhere.

    My observation of Moozlams here in the Seattle Soviet is a J-O-B is the last thing they want because they would have to W-O-R-K.

    No, the Muzbots are just fine with the free food, housing, clothing, medical care, etc. provide FREE by the generous Seattle Soviet who even have a battalion of Socialist Workers to fill out the forms.

    I should add that the Seattle Soviet well supplied with endless money from the Feds and the local taxpayers – who are simply in love with the fact that the Seattle Soviet is the most PROGRESSIVE city in the United States – Eat your heart out New York City, Los Angeles and Chicago!

    How Progressive is Seattle, you may ask? This is a city that hasn’t elected a Republican to office at any level for well over 50 years. This is a city that has stopped building highways and started building hundreds of miles of bikeways. This is a city with one of the highest car tax in the world. This is a city that builds new modern multi-story apartments for the homeless RIGHT DOWNTOWN, where apartments for the working class taxpayers goes for thousands of dollar a month and $300 won’t get you a decent hotel room for one night. This is a city that always votes to raise taxes for the City Hall Pet PC Project Of The Year – this is the year mass transit, which actually does have a lot of business because the roads are gridlocked.

    But most shocking of all, the Seattle Soviet is only place in the USA where Bernie Sanders – the aged communist running for president – can muster a noontime crowd of thousands of lemmings in the downtown to listen to his Karl Marx 101 lecture.
