  1. The Woodpile report linked to a story about two bangers that got ventilated by a liquor store attendant. One perp, aptly with the last name Larson, had allegedly gotten his GED and enrolled in Triton U. So I’m looking at the comments below the article and one of them notes that the *on-time* graduation rate for said college is four percent.

    The commenter even links to a site that confirms it.

    A no doubt dumbed down curriculum with diminished academic expectations and they can still only manage a four percent graduation rate unless the courses are retaken. The graduation rate when the student resit every class (what they call “200 percent of normal time”) explodes out to an epic 18 percent.

    These professors get paid, mind you. The Dean quite handsomely I would suspect.

      • Public Education – as we know it – is the invention of the German Empire of the late 19th century designed to produce assembly line types of people “Good Little Germans” who obey the state without question, worship its leadership, obey its laws to the letter and advance its agenda in the world.

        The authoritarian “Prussian” model of education was copied in America by Dewey and the Progressives to become the blueprint for public education in America and many other countries for over 100 years now.

        It’s showing its age…time to move on.
