‘THEIR TWITTER ACCOUNTS WEREN’T TOO FLASH EITHER
The Guardian‘s Paul Daley is upset by diary entries written by Australian soldiers in World War I:
We don’t talk about the pejorative references to Indigenous Australians in the diaries and letters of these men – attitudes that informed their poor view of the indigenes of the Middle East.
Wait until Paul discovers what they thought about gay marriage and transgender toilet access. Those men were animals…’.

  2. I wonder how much the uncensored opinions of the average Australian or New Zealand or American straight white males have changed in the last hundred years in regards to communists, niggers, queers and trannies?

Not much I’ll wager, it’s just that today one must be careful where one vents his true feelings…even the pubs are getting PC – and there is always the danger the honesty expressed will get back to the boss and get you canned.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn that people are talking in their bathrooms to trusted friends with water on full blast, so the microphones can’t pick up the conversations, as was done in the old Soviet Union.

Personally, I don’t care where I vent my opinions because I’m retired military and its too much trouble to cancel my pension…Nah, they will just wait until I die.

    Then I will be silent.

See that’s just the deal,I don’t hate any of those groups, well maybe communists,it’s the individual I hate. The whiney, limpwristed f–king failures that try to drag the culture down to their level.Their only interest is a misguided hate for the country that tolerates their bullshit.I don’t back down from those assclowns and neither should anybody. To hell with them, that they can’t get their act together is no problem of mine.

    • Any cop that can’t take a little teasing shouldn’t be wearing a badge and a gun IMHO.

      • Too right. How could he or she be trusted to show judgement and restraint under pressure?

Otherwise, business as usual up here in the Southern Colonies, weather very good, full tank of gas and the top down. New paint job, top and perfection under the hood, 30 miles per gallon. A few minor glitches. Can’t get no better than that.

    • If reincarnation is real then that dog deserves to take the next step up the ladder. He’s clearly more qualified to be a human than many humans are.

    • Twas always so – but then we used to climb trees, build forts, kick around a ball, swim, ride a bike, etc. instead of sitting behind a computer.

  5. After tonight’s results Cruz is toast. Serves him right for being so churlish and boorish about not getting what he thinks he deserves. It turned so many away from him. Pity really but he has shown that under pressure he does not have what it takes to be a leader.

Exit polls are showing that Bernie’s supporters will vote Trump if Hillary wins (yeah, right) the Dem nomination.

    • I reckon the RNC have a few tricks up their collective grubby sleeves yet, Mawm.
Can’t have mere popularity getting a President elected, after all. That’d be too much like “vox populi, vox Dei”, wouldn’t it?

  6. USA! USA! USA!

    Indeed!

However, The Ruling Class RINOs have been warned that if Trump wins a majority of primary votes he gets the nomination…That if they go against the Will of We The People – strange and terrible things will be done to them, their families and their fortunes.

I think if given the choice between living and dying, I think they will chose the latter, but if they go to the Dark Side, the Republican Party is finished and We The People will form our own party and continue the march to victory.

This is the Second American Revolution – and you’re with us or against us – and God have mercy on your wicked soul if you are against us!

      • Like you said, KG, the International Socialist dominos are beginning to fall all over the world – nationalism is rising!

It’s not the mean, nasty, 1930s/40s Nazi variety – but the new improved 21st century capitalist variety that will make the West Great Again.

Let me make another prediction: Britain will vote to leave the EU in June, as nationalism is rising in our Mother Country as well.

    • And it a legacy to be treasured, an inheritance to be protected and genes to be kept unsullied – not thrown away for some progressive agenda, for an one world government or for a hateful cult.

  7. @mawm:

Speaking of genes – have you had your DNA tested?

I did by way of Ancestry Dot Com and I was surprised by the results:

    http://ronbosoldier.blogspot.com/2016/02/ronbo-dna-test-results-99-european.html

The 28% of me that was Irish was no surprise (very likely Scot-Irish) as my family name of “Barbour” would indicate, but the 25% Scandinavian was a surprise, since the family tree does not indicate any Nordic marriages while in America since the 17th century.

I can only conclude Scandinavians inter married with original Barbour Clan at an earlier time, perhaps after the Viking invasions of Scotland and Ireland during the 9th and 10th centuries, when a large part of northern England and Ireland, Scotland were colonized by the Norsemen.

Anyhow, I recommend the DNA test to anyone interested in learning the facts about their ancestry, as family stories are often not true – for example, the story about my great grandfather on my mother’s side being an Indian Chief http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

    • Good stuff. I have no idea why so many people dismiss the M4 as inferior, despite the evidence. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_unsure.gif

      • At least the parts were interchangeable, which is more than we can say for any Panzer.

  8. ‘Our health bureaucracy is growing faster than employment, with one administrator for every 3.4 hospital beds.’
(The Australian. Behind a paywall, so I can’t read the rest)

I’ve seen this first-hand, and it’s a disaster. It seems no matter how strapped for cash the health service is, no matter how many nurses they cut back on, there’s always enough money for more bloody middle managers.
That should be “managers”……I lost track of how many utterly incompetent women I met who were employed as administrative staff.
Arrogant, clueless and stupid are the kindest words I can think of to describe these complacent useless cows. Very good at using buzzwords such as “team” and ‘optimisation” but without the intellectual horsepower to tie their own shoelaces.

    • It’s the same here, last trip to the ER ,I saw more paper chasers than I did doctors or nurses.Being two English speaking countries they probably all attend the same management seminars on different continents of course,or maybe they all meet in Hawaii as that’s the best way to blow massive amounts of money.

      • They’re a single breed, that’s for sure.
And their self-righteous imagined superiority is only matched by their incompetence and laziness.

  9. They say only the cockroach can survive WW III and the nuking of the planet.

Once again the experts are wrong!

The Bureaucrat will survive as well.

This begs the question: Are cockroaches and bureaucrats the same creature?http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

    • Well, perhaps a metamorphosis that is at least an homage to Kafka. It was only creepy back then though. Now there is a toxic element included.
