Okay, a ripped off quotation from the Oscar winning movie about D-Day and the Allied invasion of Normandy – yet accurate about another turning point in history, where both sides are determined to win.

Actually Darin, the awakened giant of American populism, nationalism and revolution that dates back to 2009 and named, “The Tea Party Movement” with the revolutionary Gadsden Flag as its symbol – woke up the last item on the insurrection list – a leader.
Think about it – Trump’s politics were a liberal mess before he stepped up to bat, but he allowed himself to be talked (or changed his political views 180 degrees himself) into being the revolutionary standard bearer.
In an earlier ages the leader was George Washington and Abraham Lincoln…and in both cases neither was the ideological leader of the revolutionary movement – the revolution was in motion, but the driver’s seat was empty – and they jumped into the role of leader.
The revolution cannot be created by a leader – the reverse is true – the revolution finds a leader.
Revolution can be bloody, but they can be peaceful – November 8, 2016 will determine whether this American Revolution 2.0 stays peaceful…
May I sum this up? Go go go Trump! Nothing and nobody is perfect. Hillary is full blown insanity. Don’t tread on me.

As a kid in high school in the 50s I can remember when the US had a culture. Now it is a sullen, writhing glop, in its public aspects anyway. Something like Rosemary’s Baby seems trying to be born with billionaire, media, and Chamber of Commerce filth determined to finance treason, subversion, and/or utter destruction on a global scale. And America’s intellectual class is committed on a massive scale to the suppression of basic truths and the propagation of bullshit that simply has no upper limit.
Any kind of a sensible governor long since fell off our national engine. It just did.
There must be sort of a Jornolist body of leftists who daily have one job and that is to dream up the most idiotic concepts known to man and inject them into public life to be embraced by morons. “White privilege,” “safe spaces,” “Black Lives Matter,” “hate speech,” “gay marriage,” “intersectionality” (still don’t understand that one), “gender fluidity,” “Common Core,” “women’s health,” “women’s studies,” “structural racism,” “patriarchy,” “misogyny,” “multiculturalism,” “open borders,” “asylum seeker,” “religion of peace,” “family reunification,” “offshoring,” “President Obama,” “Russian expansionism” (one of my favorites), “reparations,” “public-private partnerships,” “globalism,” “self identify,” “United Nations,” “climate change” (said with a straight face), “lactation opportunities” (not sure if I’ll ever have that one right), “responsibility to protect” (a rigorous doctrine), and “gender queer,” inter bleeping alia.
Was that list difficult to compile? It is to laugh!
Had I compiled it in 1958, I would have been considered certifiable. Now if that hideous nonsense rolls off your tongue, it’s your ticket to fame and fortune. And in Germany, if you protest any of this, there’s a distinct possibility the government will take your kids away. Pinkie swear.
There was a great Bob Newhart routine in the ’50s where he is Francis Drake coming back from the New World attempting to tell someone about his discovery of tobacco. He’s talking on the telephone to his friend and the friend says, “Let me guess, Francis. You set fire to it and then suck the smoke into your lungs. Ha ha ha.”
My memory may not serve me exactly but close enough. Anyone coming back from the future then (’50s) would would have met with the same incredulity.
Today sensible people are besieged by Bob Newharts carrying fantastical tales from the bleeping present, SHMG and you just have to hope that Darin’s right. That they are about to eject this madness like an Ethiopian out of Israel or a conservative off of National Review.
Have sensible people at long last reached the point of utter bullshit fatigue where they can’t take even one more insult to their intelligence? May we, please God, see a repeat of something like the Reagan Democrats who will help usher in a giant, screeching, smoke-billowing, Dukes of Hazard, yee haw U turn?
