Good luck with actually collecting a red penny from APPLE, oh wise and wonderful European Union! Do you really think they became Number One by rolling over and playing dead for morons like the Eurocrats? The poor EUSSR needs to recoup the lost contributions from the UK. Good luck with that, these corporations will probably relocate to the UK. These tax breaks are pretty good business, their employees pay tax, capital is injected into the economy, jobs created, more big corporations are attracted. It does leave a bit of a nasty taste having to let the ultra wealthy keep most of it’s money, but I’d rather they paid no tax here than elsewhere, taking the jobs etc with them.
