Using Darin’s link below for but one bit of corroboration, notice that Snopes doesn’t register anything for a search of “In 2001 Clintons Damaged white house” or any variation on that.
My experience with providing facts that demonstrate Snopes to be not the unbiased people they pretend to be usually winds up a waste of time. That is because most of the time the people shown such evidence have too many times made use of Snopes. The revelation leaves them feeling foolish, so they dismiss it as a way of preserving their self esteem (and that’s only when they’re not partisan hacks). A favorite tactic is to say the matter was too small for them to provide an answer. That despite Snopes being all too willing to report a TRUE for smaller matters involving politicians on the Right.
So although I’m probably wasting my time with you too, I wanted this evidence on the record. At least you have provided me the chance to exhibit Snopes’ seedy side one more time.
