Well, that at least is good news. I suspect the “gender gap” is much hyped by the media anyway.
I intended to vote this morning around 10:00 am,that is usually a lull in turnout.In between those voting before work and those voting during lunch.In years past usually there would be 20 or so people in line.This morning there were 150+,so I decided to vote later in the day around 4:00 pm,went back then and there was 200+,and it was raining.So good thing I brought an umbrella
One poll worker there mentioned that the turnout had been heavy like that all day.Nobody I know has even seen that much turnout.Granted this is one county,in one state,but win,lose or draw it won’t be because people didn’t turnout.
On some level, even the lo-info voters must recognise that this election is crucial for the Republic.
There are people I know that have been yellow dog democrats since birth that decided to vote Trump.Either because Hillary was so repugnant or because they realized their kids and grand kids have no future if they don’t.
