After the fascist riots at UC Berkeley – tolerated by the police – there surely can be no doubt that the left regards itself as being at war with those Americans who support and abide by the Constitution. It’s time to wake up and deal with them on the terms they themselves have defined.

    I said this in 2005 on my blog:

    The end result to this decades long verbal and written assault by the American Left ruling class can only end in civil war, since the decision of the ballot box by a majority of their fellow countrymen is the rejection of the largely unstated Leftist dogma of socialism and atheism in favor of constitutionalism and Christianity. The Left worships the State; The Right worships God. There can be no compromise.

    It is a fact of history that no ruling class has went quietly into the night. When in 1860 with the election of Lincoln as President, the South realized that the Southern domination of the Union was fast coming to an end and that their only recourse was separation from the Union and violence if that separation were opposed.

    The contemporary situation runs on parallel tracks: a decades long increasingly bitter public debate that has been marked by numerous attempts at compromise and peaceful transfer of power on the part of a rising new ideology and renaissance of faith, the political ideology of capitalism combined with the moral force of Christianity, has meet a roadblock in the form of an atheistic and socialistic political, academic and governmental establishment.

    The optimist wants to believe that this roadblock can be removed by peaceful and lawful means; the realist understands the cold hard truth that such diametrically opposed forces can only resolve their differences on the battlefield as was the case in the Civil War of 1861 to 1865, which many Christians believed was a terrible judgment of God against the nation for the sin of slavery.

    How much worse is the collective guilt as a nation for the sin of abortion? At least the slave was granted life and could by his efforts hope to free himself from in his condition, but the dead have no recourse. Thus the sin of abortion that is nowhere listed as a civil rights of Americans in the U.S. Constitution and is a sin against law and God.

    Jefferson could be speaking today about the issue of abortion which has claimed the lives over 30 million innocent Americans.

    Indeed all Americans should tremble for the wrath of God in the form of civil war is terrible justice. Please mark the words of Shakespeare concerning an ancient Roman civil war that stands only a few years in the future for America. It will be a civil war without the benefit large standing armies fighting on battlefield but a war fought in neighborhoods, towns, villages, countryside and cities against a ruthless domestic enemy who will fight by means of bombings, assassinations and arson and all the other black arts of terrorism with the danger of a dictatorship of the Left or the Right as the outcome of conflict.

      Pascal, it’d be a fairly simple policing operation to pen them in and hold them while the riot was quelled. Then deal with them afterwards.
      I doubt the will is there on the part of the police. And whether leftist judges would jail them is also a factor.
      I firmly believe that what’s needed is for decent people to turn up in equal numbers, armed with exactly the same weapons (so there’s no whining about disparity in forces afterwards) and engage the enemy right there.
      Start cracking some heads and kneecaps and the thugs will lose their appetite for activism very quickly.

        It is a short extension of logic to see that the “antifa” not being cornered in such a manner proves that they are agents of the Prog powers behind the local police. It was so when the Dems ruled the south as it was in Europe where the fascists ruled. And as it is today in the EU. Thus, your solution is not insubstantial in many ways. The radical left once had been called the avante garde by the early Progressives. They are an essential part of the scheme.

          It’s very simple,yes the rioters are in the good graces of the local authorities.Those kids that are Antifa probably share the same home address with them if you catch my drift.
          They only protest in cities where they are in control NYC,LA,Philly,Detroit,Ferguson etc.and this is an astro turf operation being bankrolled by Soros and his ilk,with hopes of it turning into a wider protest.

          Any move by Trump to put the riot down will be cast as “tyrannical” by the media and be used as a recruiting tool to call out more leftist thugs and there aren’t enough Conservatives to show up and kick asses in these cities.So the whole thing rocks on as a big media spectacle which they believe will garner them more support among the populous.
          I believe this is backfiring however,it’s the old playbook,the tactics that have always worked in the past,except Trump has changed the rules and things aren’t working out like before.

      And none of these idiots realize just how much latitude the Constitution gives the President on immigration matters.He can’t change immigration law,but he can change quotas and ban immigration from any country he so chooses.

      Like I mentioned the otherday,he could have simply zeroed out the quota from the countries in question and there would have been nothing they could do about it.

    In a few months, the Left will understand their tactics from the “good old days” no longer work – and then the real fun begins.

    Then they will learn some hard facts military – for example – the side that holds the interior lines of communication (which they call “flyover country”) usually wins – and that a hostile city can be surrounded and starved into submission in a short period of time.

        Quite frankly, with the Internet, what do you need a brick, cement and steel university for? Frat parties? Animal House?Why should a student travel thousands of miles and pay for apartment rental, food and everything else associated with living comfortably?

        The same education can be had via the Internet for a fraction of the cost. Today there are scores of Internet colleges. The student remains at home, and completes the courses at his own pace.

        And all this while holding a full time job.

        Another advantage would be end-of-course-exams for full credit. If you think you have already mastered a discipline like Brit Lit 101 – go directly to the final examination.

        Of course, some disciplines – physician, for instance – would require hands on training at a teaching hospital, but even so, the academic parts could be mastered via the Internet at home.

        Lectures? No problem. Live streaming via the Internet. One on one counseling with a professor? Interactive live time video via the Internet is provided by many companies. Books? Again available via Kindle at a fraction of the what the college book store charges, or free via libraries that can be accessed via the Internet.
