      Trump made the wrong call on this one: The law is only one paragraph long and clearly in his favor…He should have just quoted President Andrew Jackson in 1836 who said of a Supreme Court decision that violated the U.S. Constitution, “Justice Marshal has made his law – now let him enforce it.”

      Fuck the courts! The Executive is a co-equal branch of government and the president can ignore any and all court decisions for any reason or no reason. Then can little pajama boys in black robes do? The Courts depend on the executive to enforce its decisions.

      ….and btw, who gave the courts the right to decide Executive and Legislative branch decisions? THEY DID. I kid you not! “Marbury v. Madison” in 1801.

        When I was a sergeant it was my duty to supervise barrack’s cleanup for the ever popular Friday morning C.O. inspection, which everyone hated including me; however, unless your area was squared away – you got grounded for the weekend, which everyone hated worse than K.P.

        Anyhow, on this one particular clean up one of the young troopers decided it was all my fault (he must have been a young Democrat) so he got the rest of the platoon to give me a hard time….and well it didn’t take long for the platoon snitch to tell me who was responsible for the mini-mutiny, so confronted the young private with all hands present – and to save face with his buddies he challenged me to a fist fight behind the barracks [no doubt thinking I would back down] but I said, “Okay, let’s do it” took off my shirt and headed for the door to the parking lot and rear of the building after first ordering the troops to get busy and clean up –

        No sooner than we got out of sight his buddies than he started to back down. I continued to the door and went out to the deserted parking lot and he said, “Hey Sarge, first we have to agree to rules for the fight” – and I clocked him under the chin and he went down on his back and didn’t move. I asked him to get up and continue the fight. The trooper refused with eyes shut asking for mercy from his “Brutal NCO beating”. I said, “Well, then get up and get back to work if you’re finished.”

      The stand of the Poles in recent years has been a revelation for me. My history study as a schoolboy left me with the impression of a nation that was easy to invade; later, as a factory worker, I met a few Poles and while they were incredibly generous and ready to help in any way, they always seemed to be their own worst enemies. Watching Polish leaders take a stand against the Merkelisation of Europe gives me reason to believe that even if we don’t all make it through, enough of us will make it through.

    Hahaha…this reminds me of school and Mrs Orting my grade 5,6,and 7 English teacher.Poor woman,twice a school year she would let us pick our own book to read and write a report on.The rest of the year the books were pre-selected so us students would somehow end up well rounded LOL.

    Well since the school didn’t have a library of it’s own,we were turned loose on the local public one,which was always great considering the selection of books was magnificent given old man Crosby,who was a wealthy industrialist,fully funded the library construction and saw to it was well stocked.

    While the other kids would look for the easiest book they could find,I generally went with what interested me.Grade 7 was memorable,the first book report required reading 3 books on the same subject and then using notation and citations of sources.So naturally I picked a topic I was interested in-The History of Submarines :mrgreen: by the time I was done,I dropped my report on her desk and it landed with a thud.I know she read the whole thing,as she spell checked it the whole way through.She was probably the only english teacher in the nation that knew how a ballast system worked. :lol:

      In any event – the automatic response from the government should be to end all federal aid to the institution and call back the students loans.
