The only place where a purge is happening is the State Department….Everyone else is marking time because they don’t think Trump will last to the end of the year.

Contempt, it’s like my comparison of the election of Trump last year to the Battle of Normandy in 1944 – The great thing about D-Day and the election of Trump in 2016 was that both cases yielded a beachhead under constant attack – and that it was just the end of the beginning.
So what’s happening today is an ever expanding Trump beachhead into the federal government, but it’s under constant counter attack by an enemy that refuses to surrender – and I would expect this resistance to continue for some time….maybe years.
