LEFTISTS ANGRY BECAUSE HARVEY DERAILED THEIR LATEST ATTEMPT TO OVERTHROW TRUMP!

Damn! Just when you’re closing in for the kill and getting all your “Never Trump RINOs”, the ANTIFA, BLM and Democrat Party lackeys all together for the final offensive against Trump – this doggone Harvey hurricane in Texas shows up and takes all the Media interest away from the ongoing Leftist coup d’état in Washington, D.C.

…and as we know one simply cannot have a good coup d’état without cameras filming all the action!http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

Salon tried to claim Trump had failed taking care of business with Harvey, BEFORE Harvey even made landfall – sux to be them. 😉
So far, in the wilds NNE of Houston, keep getting text messages about flooding, lost power for ~20 minutes, but since I stock up incrementally @ Sam’s, Kroger & FoodTown, AND the feed stores (for the goats & ducks), not too worried, since I don’t HAVE to go anywhere ’til Tuesday.

The trouble with living in a swamp: Houston floods explained

    http://www.houstonchronicle.com/local/explainer/article/The-trouble-with-living-in-a-swamp-Houston-7954514.php

Early settlers drained marshes to build Houston town in a muddy bog. The city stands above water, thanks mostly to 2,500 miles of managed waterways—the flying distance from Houston to Quito, Ecuador—that whisk the floods out to sea.

Let ‘s hope Lake Livingston’s spillway holds.

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Livingston

“Lake Livingston was built with no flood control capabilities/flood storage capabilities, and because of this all water entering the lake whether it be from rainfall or inflow, must exit the lake as increase intake occurs. Flow through the dam is controlled by 12 tainter gates in a concrete and steel spillway that has an average depth of 55 feet. Operations of the spillway mirror river flows, so within a relative short period of time of increase of river flow discharge is increased, and vice versa.”

It’s amazing, the numbers of major cities here in the U.S., built on swampland, to include Philadelphia, Washington, DC, Richmond, VA, & Houston. I realize, at the times they were founded, shipping (with REAL ships http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yes.gif ) were the main means of transporting goods & services (Houston is STILL a major player in that), but the rah-rah crowd here in Houston can be ………………… nauseating in their beliefs that Houston has no major problems, infrastructure and otherwise.

        Democrat mayors,just ask them,everything is good,till it ain’t.

Sylvester Turner is no mental giant, but thank God Annise Parker is no longer mayor – can you IMAGINE having her, the promulgator of spying on/restricting the speech of ministers in their churches, the mandating of “whoever-wants-to-use-it” bathrooms, etc., being in charge NOW? (SHUDDER!) Blood runs cold.

Two housebreakers in Texas dead, shot by homeowners.
America’s loss is Satan’s gain. Though he probably won’t be too impressed either with these idiot pissants.
Latrine duty in Hell. What a way to spend eternity!

Presumably she thinks Hillary would have used socialism to disperse the storm.
