I agree. As one who was born in Hobart, am married to a Western Australian but lives in NZ I have every sympathy for OZ should the idiots who moan about “invasion day” get any traction…I doubt it though. It would be a tragedy should Australia Day ever descend to the violent brain-dead farce which is Waitangi Day in NZ.
A march in Melbourne was led by a local fauxcohontas shouting ‘Fuck Australia’ and ‘burn it down.’ And then what? She’d be out of her public service job for a start.
The billions of dollars poured over aboriginals every year would dry up pretty quick too. But thinking more than one step ahead has never been a feature of the left.
Working with numbers is a challenge for them too.
‘Ms Onus-Williams estimated more than 60,000 people attended the march and said it would continue until Australia Day was completely abolished.
Others at the march suggested the crowd was closer to 7000.’
Crack a few for me guys, so I can be with you in spirit!
Unfortunately, if these people do get their way, they may want to replace Australia day, with something silly, like UN day.
