      There was a problem Fred for anyone inside New Zealand. I sent this to KG because the original had been blocked to Kiwi eyes.

      The earlier thread “breeding sheep in New Zealand,” featured the original newshub video, still blocked, and also another newshub video where the participants were lying about what the two Canadians had said and did. I brought this one to the attention of KG because that was the only way to spread the facts, and expose the truth on home turf. Added bonus was it spreads the humiliation from solely Gower to the rest of fact censoring, lying Newshub and, indeed, to the rest of Kiwi media for supporting the censorship of these two.

      I saw it as far better to see snippets of the original facts interspersed with analysis than see nothing of the original.

          Thank you KG. But Fred does have a valid point that I overlooked.

          Consider adding an advisory under the video such as:
          “Thanks to this guy demonstrating his services on how to speak well (and how to avoid falling into journolists’ traps effectively), we can show Kiwis significant portions of what their “independent” media has not only been trying to hide, but has been lying about. It is well worth wading through the promotion to discover what has been hidden.”

        yes good now, I am just working out a letter to ask him to write a
        short history of his life. I see him as part of the folk law now, and likely more so as time goes by.

            I know, pandering to him will not work, but I have a plan. I am going to make it part of his responsibility to his own people to give us a background culture to work with. The Internet campaign at the moment is one dimensional.

      What would make you sick Cadwallader would be to see him on TVNZ with the other media morons preening himself about how delusional the Canadians are. I do not watch TV at all , it was recorded elsewhere and presented.

        Yes, I understand that to be the case. This was NZ’s version of Jordan Peterson’s interview with that dreadful self-opinionated English woman. In both instances the Canadians won decisively!

          It’s remarkable that the most effective challenges to foreign English speaking media are coming from out of Canada, a huge country but whose population is less than the state of California, so a very small percentage of the world’s population.

          You know, it could be due to the overt restrictions placed upon independent press in Canada so that, when abroad, Canadians feel that they are free to take down Establishment press people there.

          Peterson’s strong performance against Cathy Newman, and Southern and Molyneux’s against Patrick Gower are their way of taking down their counterparts in Canada by proxy.

          I bet for the them it’s wonderful to be free of the boot of that asshat Leftist Trudeau and out of the reach of that misleadingly named “Canadian Human Rights Commission.” (Consider the latter’s law-fare persecutions of Ezra Levant and Mark Steyn.)

          That’s one heck of a surmise, and I recon it’s not far from accurate.

    The interview was on a blog in NZ. Google Whale Oil. I’m grateful that the terrible standard of NZ media people is now being seen by the world. When smart meets dumb pretending to be smart its always entertaining. I almost feel sorry for the interviewer (whose name is Patrick Gower) but it serves him right for being smug with grown ups. He’s a leftie of course.

      It referenced a nice writeup/critique at Quadrant that included both the original interview (blocked to Kiwis at last check-in) and this following Newshub attempt at rebuilding Gower’s credibility by lying about the Canucks. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTSSmLySzpc

      Compare that to the original interview if you have access to it, or to the video at the top of this thread. Then pass it along to all Kiwis you know who doubt how bad their media has become. The humiliation belongs to Newshub even more. Gower appeared ready to admit he’d been a fool, but his buddies at Newshub tried to make him look heroic. With the two videos side by side it is clear that Newshub is a complete Newsfraud.

      You would not feel sorry for him if you saw his cut down the Canadians presentation as I mention in Cadwallader above. Giving up TV news and Newspapers may seem isolating, but in fact for me it was an explosive action toward freedom and well being.
