    Mostly he describes the destruction of the IDEA of due process. The behavior of the Left here is hardly different from what is discussed in that 3 part series about Google’s internal campaign to enforce conformity.

    Personally I find Shapiro far too serious however understandable that would be in a non postmodern setting. More importantly is that he shows how the GOP, by taking what they imagine is the electoral threat — their fear — that they are aiding that destruction. Their spinelessness continued makes bloodshed just about inevitable.

      The problem with the GOP has been laziness.Being spineless is a far easier path than doing whats right by the people,just look at the Hell Trump and everyone in his orbit is going through.
      Remember both rep and dem congressmen only care about one thing,the size of their portfolio.

    Republicans cave in – Dems win. This just shows cowered the Republicans are and how successfully the Dems have shut them down with the threat of “not hearing the victim out” because she’s a woman and making a rape claim.

    Personally I would have said – if you are serious get the police to open up a docket. Once that is done we’ll take you seriously. If provable Kavanaugh faces the consequences but if the claims are false you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

      The whole business of historical rape/groping claims is about shaming men into silence and obedience to the feminazi agenda. These bastards have already overturned the fundamental principle of “innocent until proven guilty”.

          In Auckland we have the ‘Goff tax’ on top of that.

          Fortunately I drive to the Coromandel often and fill up at a Waitomo filling station there – at least 30c a litre cheaper for diesel (without old chip oil) than the big boys, and no Goff tax.
