I spent a few days there in 1981 on my way home from a long OE. Can’t say I thought much of it then but I recall seeing a dirty beggar in the street (a white guy) – he was the only beggar I saw in 2 months in the US with 3 coast to coast crossings. I did like the US, particularly the rural towns where people were very friendly but suspect its changed a lot with the passing of so many years. May go back to ride behind 4014.
Los Angeles, San Francisco – I visited there in 1974, a nice town then – NYC, Seattle, Washington DC, Chicago, Baltimore, and a number of other Democrat controlled towns and cities that have been reaping the whirlwind have nowhere to hide.
And Trump will make sure no ‘sanctuary city’ is missed in correcting its perdition.
