   The list of people who are most deserving of “accidents” is extremely long and the bitch karma cannot be relied on to get the job done in a timely manner. What was it Edmund Burke once said about the correlation between the triumph of evil and the inaction of good men? I think Burke meant, karma is not above farming out work to subcontractors.
