I have just written a letter to David Seymour, my MP. It is self explanatory.
Dear David,
I write to you as my Parliamentary representative with regards to intentions being signalled by our government as to the introduction of a vaccine passport.
There can be no doubt that this is a multi-government agenda and that we are presently seeing it being enacted in the state of Victoria in Australia. The Premier of the state has declared “that anyone who does not “take the jab” will not be permitted to work, shop, attend any venue or participate in the Melbourne economy. Vaccination passports and identification will be required for all functions of life.” He has shown his clear intent that this will be enforced and to date has allowed the police, the riot squad, the anti-terrorist squad and the army to use maximal force, including firing rubber bullets into a retreating crowd, on mostly peaceful protesters.
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the General assembly of the United Nations clearly sets forth the rights of the individual towards the community, including freedom of movement, the so-called “constitutional liberties” and spiritual, public, and political freedoms, such as freedom of thought opinion, expression, religion and conscience word, peaceful association of the individual, and receiving and imparting information and ideas through any media, and an individual’s economic, social and cultural rights.
In the New Zealand Bill of Rights Act 1990 every person has the right not to be subjected to medical or scientific experimentation without that person’s consent, everyone has the right to refuse to undergo any medical treatment, and everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience, religion, and belief, including the right to adopt and hold opinions without interference.
Both the Nuremberg Code and the Helsinki Declaration with regard to medical experimentation stress that the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential as is his right to self-determination and the right to make informed decision, and such consent shall be given “without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, over-reaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion.”
Under universal accepted values is that of Bodily Autonomy which is about the right to make decisions over one’s own life and future. It is about being empowered to make informed choices.
There can be no doubt that the subject of “vaccination” against the Covid19 virus is an emotive one. The “vaccine” itself is one that has been improperly trialled, has significant side effects – many are either fatal or life-altering, has questionable efficacy and seemingly needs frequent “revaccination”. There are many references to all of these from respected physicians, medical bodies, epidemiologists, virologists and vaccinologists which all seem to have had their voices suppressed by a compliant media.
Other ways to approach the Covid19 epidemic exist but, under the guise of there being no peer reviewed trial, all forms of treatment of the disease at an early stage seems to have been prevented. To date 169 countries are using either hydroxychloroquine or ivermectin in combination with other drugs to successfully prevent progression of the disease, hospitalisation and duration of viral shedding. Most notably have been the success in various provinces in India, Peru and Mexico.These mentioned treatments are all extremely safe with limited side effects. Monoclonal antibodies are currently being used in the United States of America also with great success. On the other hand highly vaccinated countries such as Israel and Iceland seem to be having a massive surge in cases, hospitalisations and deaths. Israeli data show that the vaccinated are being admitted to hospital at the same rate as the percentage vaccination for each age group.
This leads onto the drive to get everybody vaccinated in New Zealand. There can be no doubt that each individual has the right to choose for himself whether to have the vaccination or not, and there can be no doubt that any form of coercion flies in the face of all of the above. The denial of other forms of treatment in New Zealand also flies in the face of medical autonomy. The governments approach to management of Covid19 is also questionable, and to the outsider seems to be one that is being pushed by multinational bodies.
I have grave concerns about our government going down the path of vaccine passports as once a freedom is given up, it is lost forever. Further this will divide our society into those that have freedoms and those that don’t. This is unacceptable.

I’ve been debating writing to my MP but hesitated wondering if my permanent residency would be revoked. You have stated the situation very well and it is getting to the point that raising a voice is becoming necessary.
After watching Daniel Andrews’ behaviour in Victoria and knowing that our Jacinda is as intellectually deprived and as ideologically indoctrinated I foresee the same happening here. It does not bode well for the future. Seymour has shown his libertarian bent with his support of abortion and euthanasia, maybe the rest of our freedoms mean something to him.
Nice letter. I hope Seymour finds his spine. His sole voice of opposition against the corrupt uni-party (National/labour) of NZ is a fascinating development. Destroying singlehandedly the 100 year old national party. This worldwide insanity will only garner more protest votes for ACT. I don’t know if he has the steel in him.

Each canton chooses its governance by plebiscite and so maintain more striking differences from its neighbors than seen in other federations. Berne, where this video is from, is capital seat to both its canton and the country.
