   However, the Brandon Regime holds another card. Any business that resists can worry about visits from the IRS, OSHA, etc. as well as being cut from the possibilities of contracts and grants. Longterm that can get expensive, no matter what the courts say.

     This is what happens to all biz tied to the govt teet. Preparing for the eventual collapse is the best thing anyone, biz or individual, may do. Truth is reality and reality always wins.

   Insane yes but not imaginary. The Fifth Circus Court just sold out and rolled back the injunction for most states. You can bet the criminals will put the pedal to the metal to poison as many people as possible before the next impediment arrives.
