   When South Africa handed over the country to the Marxist ANC there was an exodus of white doctors. The new Health Minister, Cuban trained (allegedly – and I say allegedly as there is no record of her training and she was as dumb as a box of rocks), recruited Cuban doctors to staff the district hospitals. The stories I have heard are quite hair raising.

     The part about Cuba’s “health ambassadors”was particularly galling. Imagine the evil it takes to send doctors and nurses into other poor countries where there is a health crisis. Claim they are there for humanitarian reasons,but then charge an already poor country $7000 per,all the while running a propaganda campaign and pretending it’s a charity. And of course all through the UN,with the backing of western media and elites.
     Imagine being dirt poor and held back in the modern world with the thought “well at least we have our NHS” and then finding out that’s a scam also? Or in my own country where the public health system annually loses a half trillion dollars to waste,fraud and abuse, and nobody does anything about it.

     The older I get, the more I see government as a cancer
