  1. We keep hearing how many of the Islamic terrorists were radicalised by online imams after being drawn into the Muslim religion. There has been mention of the Charlie Kirk assassin being radicalised. My questions would be, “By whom?” and “When?” and “Where?”. There is no doubt many universities radicalised their students but this sounds more deliberate and focused.

    Am I wrong?

    • There was a time when Hollywood knew right from wrong. It produced movies aligned with that common sense.
The same mostly could be said of a large number of newsrooms.
The same for a substantial number of prominent leaders of both parties.
And American society as a whole.

Where there once would have been widespread shared outrage over the murder of Charlie Kirk, instead we saw large numbers celebrate his demise and his murderer, and have tried to distance themselves from their hyperbolic charges that influenced and propelled crazies such as his assassin. And if that were not bad enough, many others have wished death on many more with whom they disagree.

So let Spencer Tracy, of a bygone era, explain the verdict of a great number of people who have witnessed so many fellow citizens — lost souls — who appear to have forgotten [discarded?] the moral code that underpins the US republic and any civilized society.

      • I am all for the agitators in the MSM and politics being held responsible for instigating any number of deaths, not just Charlie’s assassination. The legal problem is how much blame is each individual responsible for? It’s almost like the argument against collective duty, “If everyone is responsible, then no one is responsible.”
