    • Micheal, in that exception for a 15 year delay in paying the remediation, they admitting the project is marginal at best and more than likely a losing proposition. They were looking to “pump and dump” like every other windfarm (subsidy farm)project. Get taxpayer money and exemptions to build out the project, get it up and running to show a revenue stream coming in, then sell it to an investment group for a profit. Then the investment group runs and maintains the project until it reaches near end of life(end of subsidies)at which point they go bankrupt and walk away from it, leaving all their garbage behind for the taxpayers of the local community to clean up.
      I’ve been telling people for nearly a decade, if they want to kill a wind or solar project, simply require a non-transferable remediation bond be purchased on the front end of the project. If they do that, then no matter what the subsidy percentage is, the project is dead.
      And then remind people “if a thing can’t exist without a subsidy, then that thing shouldn’t exist”.

12. If the peace agreement between Israel and Hamas really gets implemented, I think the leaders of Hamas will have more to fear from their fanatic followers’ assassination attempts than any court sentence or retaliation by an Israeli.

    • I think Trump got somebody’s attention when he sent 10-12 Airforce refueling tankers to Europe.
