Ronald Reagan defeated the USSR’s military capabilities by out-spending them, using the power of capitalism to force them to give up the idea of force parity. China may be using the same tactic against America right now and using Western consumer dollars to fund it. In which case the policies of the Obama administration are nothing short of treason.
