‘..It’s astounding what we’ve rolled over for thus far. Affirmative Action for instance—racial quotas for hiring and admissions rather than by merit like the rest of civilization—is in its 47th year; at first unacceptably radical, then temporary, now a career path, as: Diversity Director, Civil Rights Attorney, et al. Think about it. Equal opportunity is measured by how many whites are replaced with less qualified or unqualified blacks, they are then asked to believe it’s the decent thing to do because the black unemployable rate is some multiple of everybody else’s. This latest has the feeling of “here we go again”.’   HERE
