So–following this fuckwit judge’s “logic”, Australians must tolerate any criminal behaviour from third-world scumbags because they may have been abused in their own countries previously. And what standard of evidence was applied to their claim of abuse? Why is alleged previous abuse in another country a mitigating factor anyway? Taxpaying minds may wish to know. And is this clown one of the commie fellow-travellers appointed en-masse by the previous socialist government of Victoria?
