Oh, FFS!

‘Sept 11 footage could traumatise kids, greif expert warns
PARENTS should be wary that anniversary news coverage of the September 11 terrorists attacks could traumatise young children, a grief expert warns.
ANU professor Beverley Raphael said repeated images of bodies falling from the collapsing twin towers in America could be harmful to young children.’

Whatever a “greif” expert is…
Lots of things could be harmful to young children–and high on that list must be pretending that real evil doesn’t exist. So how about letting kids see the images of people jumping to their deaths (rather than be burned to death), and explaining that there are some evil bastards out there and this was a consequence of that?
Much more useful than putting kids in a dream cocoon and leaving them to find out the facts of life the hard way, I’d have thought. And I wonder if she raised a voice in protest at the “climate change” horror show that schools have inflicted on children? I’d bet not.
