Owning the language:

There’s a confected chorus of outrage in the Lamestream media about how Rick Perry leased a property which used to be called “Niggerhead”. Never mind that the name was painted over years ago–the shock-horror quotient  is apparently huge.
In an age where street blacks routinely refer to themselves and other blacks as “niggers”, the only conclusion to be reached is that certain words are reserved for use only by those who qualify to use them based on their skin pigmentation.
Racist, much?

Watch which candidates the left and their media handlers attack–they’re the ones they’re most afraid of. And therefore the ones who best represent conservative values.

I have never agreed with this. The Left is so stupid they’d boo a large rock if their activists made it appear to be the “In” thing to do. I will not cast my sacred ballot on the antics of the stupidest loons that ever walked the earth.

I make my judgment based on record and then ideology and then double check to make sure record is in agreement.

Before Palin and Bachmann and Cain, mainline Dems (not just the radicals) demonized Bush like no Pubbie ever before. They kept equating him with every hateful person and concept that ever existed in reality, fiction, or lore. Yet, simply based on the increase in the size of the government and spending under GWBush. His argument was that he’d be nice to them so they could learn to be nice to him. And that resulted in him appeasing them on all sorts of awful stuff and even governed to their left in some things like medicare drugs.

With fear like that, I’d hate to see what will happen when they turn their guns on (God forbid they be nominated) Romney or Perry or Christie and his VEEP. That’s what the Establishment (Statists) are gearing us towards.

I never liked Bush and only voted for him because a RINO (that was before SKUNC was invented) seemed better than the alternative — as being saddled with the current bum attests. McQueeg was better than the Buma, but he’d have been worse than Bush.

I still am not confident that a real conservative has surfaced that I can trust. Cain has done two things already that make him too shaky in my book, but I’d vote for him if I had no choice. Then I’d hope for the best and that we can influence him more than we ever did GWB, who almost always turned a deaf ear to us firmly on the Right.

Sigh. KG: Only the best of wishes for a favorable end to your ordeal and for CR’s full recovery.

Thanks Pascal. But we’re no closer to finding out what ails WordPress. Redbaiter has been having problems with it and so have a lot of others.

KG, I echo Pascal’s comment, even though you spurned my suggestion that a young child be employed to fix the problem. :!: You simply must not be allowed to give up. You are among others whom I REQUIRE to remain sane in this dipshit world.
btw; In The Loop ..fantastic…a good ,but not the best line… “Don’t you DARE, DARE, DARE call me a bully!! I’m so much worse than that!! I see on the tv tonight that a survey reveals that 1/4 of respondants don’t know when our next election is being held, or even that we are having one at all. All these cretins have an opinion on Dan Carter’s fucking groin.

  2. KG says:

Thank you, Mara. I’ll keep trying.

The name goes back to happier times when there was a use for these now obsolete units of agricultural equipment.
