‘A DRUG-addicted thug who mugged Victorian World War II veteran Reg Dickinson as the 96-year-old rode his motorized scooter from a local pokies venue has robbed the elderly man of his quality of life, a court has heard.
But despite the ripple effects his callous crime has caused, the thief – Aaron Dwayne McKellar who had previously pleaded guilty – was sentenced to a minimum four months’ jail today.
