I had 1960 VW Bug for transportation in high school in 1965 – zero to 60 MPH in about half an hour. My dad was surprised when I finally got a ticket…Okay, so it was in a school zone :!: http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

    is it just me??????

      No, not just you!

Sheesh, it’s only a grenade! Heck…. a few sandbags on top of it and a small bit of C4 to blow it up….. either that or maybe some acid to burn through it.
Deal with it straight away, that’s what I’d do.

Seen enough of them blown with a brick of Comp B, after some numpty failed to flick the transit clip off. Only a drama when you are in the bay next door and the ground is muddy. And the drama is all about the numpty who screwed up getting a directed beating from the troops in the other 3 bays…

There were a couple stray grenades found near Camp Shelby just north of here once. The Fire dept was called out and luckily the Fire capt. had been a Marine. He picked them up,put them in a grocery sack and took them to Camp Shelby for disposal(turned out they were live). When asked by a reporter about his “brave” act he replied-“the pins were in them, what’s the big deal?”
