‘Farmer turns sheep into roadside artwork
One farmer is using humour to help get him through the tough conditions brought on by drought in North Canterbury.
Mike Bowler, a sheep farmer in Parnassus, has been feeding his sheep grain since January, with the fields left dry by the harsh weather.
The cost of the feed runs into the thousands, and it’s a cost that Mr Bowler wants the rest of New Zealand to know about – by using his sheep to make giant works of art.
“I feel that if I’m pouring that much money into the ground I might as well get some benefit from it, even if it is just a smile from somebody going along the road,” he told Stuff.co.nz…’

Farmers are probably the most under appreciated people on Earth. The one group of people we can’t do without,it’s no wonder the left hates them.

That hatred goes back to the Leftist’s misanthropic core who are pissed off that farmers keep finding ways to always make Malthus wrong. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif
We were supposed to begin dying from starvation by the end of the 1700s — and then oopsy.
Then the neo-Malthusians like Paul Ehrlich lost their bet that we’d begin dying of starvation by 1980, and they’ve been sulking ever since.

Now they think they’ve got us with Agenda21. Oh yes, they hate farmers because they hate the common man.

When it seems like they’re doing everything they can to destroy the source of our food and water, remember that behind the useful idiots playing their parts are the stalinist puppeteers who have quite openly called for a culling of 90 percent of the world’s population.

In their more honest moments, the greens and their supporters will openly endorse this.

I say resource-wise we’ll be fine, just as soon as we use the progressives and their masters for landfill.
