Black-robed subversives and traitors. Yet again.

‘Court Rules School Ban on American Flag T-Shirts OK
A California school principal did not violate the freedom of speech of a group of students who wore American flags on their shirts on Cinco de Mayo when he told them to turn the shirts inside out or go home, a federal judge has ruled.
Citing past clashes between Mexican American and Anglo students over their clothing on the Mexican holiday, Chief U.S. District Judge James Ware of San Francisco said school officials “reasonably forecast that (the shirts) could cause a substantial disruption” and were entitled to take steps to prevent it, the San Francisco Chronicle reports…’
Wabbit has never known a shirt to cause any disruption at all. He has, however, observed primitive, aggressive assholes with a huge sense of entitlement and no sense of attachment to their adopted country causing disruption. It’s really, really simple–so simple it’s apparently beyond the ability of a judge to grasp: American students have a damn constitutional right of free speech. Mexicans who retain allegiance to their home country do not.

I’d bet the judge and principal would defend a students right to wear a Che Guevara shirt. Too many people running around with those on.
Some rights are more equal than others!

But this case goes to show that the administartion of justice is no longer about important and long established principles but more about appeasing “minorities” and so called human rights. And if those minorities can show they are “offended” by reacting, often violently, to perceived infringements of their feelings all the better to prove their case. We see this all over the west now ,same tactics, different minorities, but same response from our courts, officials , politicians and press.

Yep. Institutionalised cowardice. We’ve become self-subjugating.
