So one assumes that these -no doubt carefully chosen – tame research chefs never need to slice and dice? Wabbit wonders what the fuck they cook….also, my training taught me that slashing moves with a heavy blade were sometimes more effective than stabbing, since they cut tendons, (thus immobilising the opposition) and cause massive blood loss, all at a greater distance than stabbing.
