Dangerous Old Men

‘..There are over twenty-five million veterans in the United States — among them many Walt Kowalskis — and most of them are gun owners.  Some of them remember the horrors of the concentration camps and of communism.  Others are from the Vietnam era and remember what awaited them when they came home.  They see John Kerry, the same man who threw his medals over the White House fence and was photographed with Jane Fonda and the North Vietnamese, nominated as secretary of state.  They remember…’         source

Some sense:

‘The Australian Navy would be charged with repelling Sri Lankan asylum seeker boats outside Australia´s international borders under a Coalition government. Shadow immigration spokesman Scott Morrison said a Coalition government would turn all Sri Lankan boats around, without exception…’    source
And some non-sense:
‘Britain is giving EU immigrants £1million a week in handouts for children who live abroad. The payments include child benefit – which was stripped from more than one million British families last month…’             source

And cops have the bloody nerve…

to lecture drivers!  NZ Herald:
At least 11 patrol cars and the police helicopter unnecessarily pursued a motorcyclist at speed when he crashed and suffered brain injuries, a police review has found…’
This was just cops having fun, never mind the pious expressions of concern about “safety”. Bastards. And not one will lose his job over this.

Daniel Greenfield nails it!

The Three Types of People You’ll Meet in Liberal Hell
‘..The latest wave of laws on abortion and gay marriage are meant to make it impossible to hold beliefs, religious or otherwise, in contradiction to those of the state. That’s a somewhat new phenomenon in the United States, but a familiar one in Europe. And the consequence of these Orwellian measures is the stratification of these societies into three categories……’
Time to give the Tenth Amendment a run in the sunshine….and end the damn suicide policy known as the universal franchise.

How the frog got boiled

‘..I’ve been saying for years now that the Progressivists learned the lessons of their failed experiment in alcohol prohibition all too well. They tried to take too much too fast, and it didn’t work out for them. So they learned the virtue of patience.
They’ve sat back like the insidious little spiders they are, spinning their webs slowly, one strand at a time, until the once-great and mighty American people lie ensnared like so many Gullivers, helpless under the weight of all that gossamer.
And, as the man says: here we are. If Obama is the cunning dictator I believe him to be, he’ll back off a mite on his gun-control agenda and content himself with whatever incremental steps he can get now, like standard-capacity magazine bans, taxes on ammunition, and the like. But his eye will never have left the horizon, and total control of a cowed populace is what he sees on it…’    Cold Fury
Which is why sensible adults should ignore, circumvent and break any law they regard as unjust. The alternative is to become no more than a cipher, a slave to our governments and their bureaucrat accomplices. Fuck ’em.

Oh yeah?

upyu‘The White House has released a picture purporting to show President Obama “skeet shooting” at Camp David.  An activity he claims he does “all the time.”
The White House also warns all you mischievous internet types to not mess around with the picture:
“This official White House photograph is being made available only for publication by news organizations and/or for personal use printing by the subject(s) of the photograph. The photograph may not be manipulated in any way and may not be used in commercial or political materials, advertisements, emails, products, promotions that in any way suggests approval or endorsement of the President, the First Family, or the White House.”               Breitbart
As soon as we find a photoshopped version, we’ll put it up here at CR.

Bawaaahahaha! Another nail in the warmista coffin…

‘..UN admitting solar activity may play significant role in global warming
‘“[Results] do suggest the possibility of a much larger impact of solar variations on the stratosphere than previously thought, and some studies have suggested that this may lead to significant regional impacts on climate,” reads a draft copy of a major, upcoming report from the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC)….’
This, after years of denying the evidence and ignoring the fact that global warming models don’t factor in the solar influence!  How’s that  $23/ton carbon tax looking now, Juliar?
