   Well the whole process stands naked in Durban doesn’t it – I wonder what the Chinese genuinely make of it. Watching Europe and America trying to commit suicide, blocked only by the Chinese themselves.

       That was the most logical thing I could come up with. They realise that without the West around, they’d have nothing to keep them going.

   So it’s because he doesn’t want to pay, not because he doesn’t believe in man made Climate Change ( as on excuse to rob his own people)

   It’s now clear that Kyoto is not the path forward to a global solution to climate change. If anything it’s an impediment.”
