‘Judge’s words horrify victim’s parents
The parents of a five-year-old European girl who was raped at a Turangi campground are horrified by a judge’s comments that her alleged attacker looked “very smart”.
The parents urged Judge Jocelyn Munro to consider their daughter’s feelings after the judge also invited the alleged attacker’s mother to read out a prayer by her 16-year-old son that asked God to make him a man.
In a statement, the parents, who have had to remain in New Zealand until their daughter is well enough to travel, say the remarks, made at a court hearing last week, were out of place. “We urge the court to consider the impact this has had and will continue to have for years on our daughter and our family,” they said…’
“Judge”? Or just another female lawyer promoted to a position beyond her ability because she ticked all the right boxes in feminised multiculti New Zealand?  Who thinks the role of a judge is to play Supermommy and dispense mommyish platitudes instead of being the representative of people who expect a judge to deliver justice?
In any case, she’s symptomatic of the malaise which is killing the country, a clownish grovelling disciple of PC bullshit who bends over backwards to propitiate the perpetrator of an act even Kiwis–who God knows by now must be getting numb to this kind of thing–were horrified by.
What’s almost worse is that these fucking PC idiots will never, ever recognise (much less admit) their responsibility for helping this kind of evil prosper.
Ok, the evil little shit is going to plead guilty. Now there’s no question if its guilt, if anybody has a name and can provide a source for the information, we will publish it.

    How can she [another useless female PC pantywaist no doubt] praise this little evil brown stain?! On ANY level?!

    And like you said, KG, these PC idiots are a major part of the problem. Just as much as are these feral savages, their brown whore mothers, and their [no doubt] absent brown sperm-donor fathers.

    Also as [Gantt’s link to] Michael Laws’ article – Cases made it a week for the ferals – highlights [emphasis mine]:

    Incredibly our justice system still treats them as if they are the true victims. Cue the extraordinary licence given to the family of the feral charged with the alleged Taupo crime.

    His mother, by the way, this past week told media he is “just a suspect”, despite his indication of a guilty plea. Yep, that’s why he’s been remanded in custody since apprehension.

    But at least he has district court judge Jocelyn Munro on side. According to press reports, she complimented him on his appearance in court. And she let his mother read a self-absorbed prayer that the boy had written asking God to make him “a man without hate, anger and stress”.

    Nothing about his alleged victim and asking the Almighty to make her whole again. Or even, better.

    Quite why Judge Munro felt compelled to offer a licence that no Pakeha defendant would likely receive, was not explained.

    I’m sorry, but I already have a distinct impression of any whanau who raise a child who can commit such an act. And it is not normal. And this despicable act will not have come out of a clear blue sky. They never do. It will have been the almost inevitable consequence of the teen’s raising.

    But this has been a week for the ferals. […]

    Then there were the Maori mamas caught in the act of shoplifting from Countdown Rotorua – their vile actions YouTubed for all the world to see.

    And finally the Featherston ferals – a group of kids as young as six – who have been robbing, vandalizing and generally making misery for the inhabitants of the south Wairarapa town. […]

    The sad part about all these images that have beset our New Year is that they are all brown, all Maori. Maybe it is that at times like these, the impressions we receive are more defined for the absence, or diminishing, of the usual news-gathering sources.     Just read this article before and was disgusted. The judges in NZ seem to be of such poor caliber. They show that political agenda is clearly a factor in so many of their decisions.

    And the 16 year old fighting poverty? Ridiculous. She’ll either be receiving a benefit or working for another failed social welfare experiment in the years to come.
