You’ll need a pretty big sandpit to play with that!

  2. Ciaron says:

Just had a nice 5.2 roll through here, biggest one we’ve had for a while…

  3. KG says:

Big machinery has a charm all it’s own, I reckon.

  4. KG says:

    BAWAAAHAHAHAHAH!
“Oil and gas exploration will fuel the Government’s growth plans, Finance Minister Bill English tells a post-Budget business audience.”
Yeah, riiight…until some maori greedheads or the greens or DOC or a local council objects.
    This bunch deals in fairytales.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

Oil & gas exploration where, exactly?

Can’t do it on DoC land, or there’ll be scruffies and failed actresses marching down Queen Street.

Can’t do it offshore, or there’ll be scruffies and failed actresses endangering their worthless lives getting in the way of the survey ships.

Just exactly where will they allow this exploration?

  5. mara says:

They won’t allow it anywhere Gantt. At least not until “greenism” has had its day, welfare has broken the country and the only people not fleeing are those who reckon that welfare is still better than work and the immigrants/refugees who quite like it here stay for a few years before going to Australia.
Our economy will be moribund before it is realised that Governments have only as much money as we give them in tax. Socialist and non-thinking types don’t realise that screwing the rich results in less tax take, not more. The stats showing this are sound and universal. NZ is so tiny ….. such a little blip on global radar.. we do not learn and we continue to be captive to western stupity. That breaks my heart.

  6. Moist von Lipwig says:

Big truck bodies require a big Loader.
One of the young Lipwig’s fuel runs takes diesel to one of these babies.
    2000 litres per shift!
