    Now they are making excuses for the -either dumb or poorly trained cops–

    Hold on to your GUNS my friends—the govt.. is NOT THE ANSWER in any form…unless it follows the CONSTITUTION-!! shich it does not!

    One article had the distance of the shots as being 15-20 feet FFS! :roll

    Run out of line of fire, not away from it. But in this case the guy had a gun and pointed it at officers. I don’t think they had much choice but to fire. A bit like chasing a fleeing perp and he crashes into an innocent cit.

      Disagree, Brian. The officers did, in fact, have a choice. They could have chosen to be competent with the tools of their profession, or they could have chosen to await the arrival of personnel who *were* competent.
